Executive Overview

Winston Lee is a highly accomplished serial entrepreneur, investor, and the CEO and Co-founder of MilikiRumah (Rightkey Capital). Based in Singapore, Winston represents a rare convergence of entrepreneurial grit, corporate execution excellence, and mission-driven leadership. Driven by a vision to utilize real estate and technology as social equalizers, he founded MilikiRumah, an AI-powered Consumer Proptech platform dedicated to solving Indonesia’s massive 12.7 million housing backlog. By democratizing homeownership for millions of underbanked and informal-sector workers, Winston is creating powerful pathways for financial inclusion and transforming lives across Southeast Asia.

Professional Journey & Impact

Winston’s robust track record is built on over two decades of experience spanning digital media, PropTech, asset management, and social impact investing. Prior to founding MilikiRumah in April 2024, he spent nine foundational years at PropertyGuru Group—rising to the position of Director of Special Projects. There, he spearheaded cross-border investment strategies, expanded the group’s footprint into the Greater China market, and demonstrated profound resilience by innovating product offerings through global market disruptions. His extensive career also includes serving as a Board Member for Ocean Capital Management, where he structures cross-border investment products, and as an Investor and Board Advisor for platforms like NaraStay and 2MR Labs. Today, Winston is channeling his deep real estate expertise and vast network into MilikiRumah, positioning it to become the infrastructure layer for housing finance in Indonesia. His philosophy is straightforward but revolutionary: "I’m not asking the banks to lower their requirements for the consumers. I’m raising the standard of consumers to the banks’ requirements." His rent-to-own (RTO) platform allows participants to move into a home while building savings and establishing a consistent payment record, thereby becoming mortgage-ready.
